Policy1. Order Cancellation
• Customers can cancel their order within 10 minutes of placement or before the order is marked as “Out for Delivery”.
• Once an order is dispatched from our store, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Policy
• Due to hygiene standards and the perishable nature of food, sweets, and grocery items, products once delivered are non-returnable.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in cases of:
•Damaged or spoiled items upon delivery.
• Missing or incorrect items received.
• To claim a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and receipt via WhatsApp (+91-7737137725 ) or email (Return@yashcibite.com).
• Once verified, approved refunds are initiated within 24 hours and credited to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days.
